Objective<\/strong><\/strong>: A breathable, wrinkle-resistant linen set built for comfort and style on long journeys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our client, a frequent traveler, needed a versatile set for long-haul flights and client meetings abroad. We designed a custom linen overshirt and drawstring trousers with stretch panels, interior passport pockets, and crease-resistant finishing. The set was lightweight, sharp, and practical\u2014ideal for movement and meetings alike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Initial Consultation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The process begins with a one-on-one meeting to understand the client\u2019s needs, style preferences, intended use of the garment, and budget. This is where fabric choices, colors, and design direction are first discussed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Fabric & Style Selection<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Clients browse a curated selection of premium fabrics and finishes. Together, we finalize the garment’s style\u2014from lapels and buttons to pockets and linings\u2014ensuring every detail aligns with the client\u2019s vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Measurement & Posture Analysis<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We take over 20 precise body measurements and observe natural posture, stance, and shoulder slope. These details inform the unique pattern drafted exclusively for the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Pattern Drafting<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A custom pattern is created from scratch, based on the measurements and posture analysis. Unlike made-to-measure, no templates are used\u2014each pattern is 100% original and client-specific.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. First Fitting (Basted Fitting)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The garment is assembled with loose stitching in a temporary form (basted) for the initial try-on. This allows us to evaluate the overall fit, structure, and movement before permanent stitching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Adjustments & Refinement<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Based on feedback from the first fitting, the garment is reworked to improve comfort, shape, and balance. Adjustments are made to sleeve length, trouser break, shoulder pitch, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Second Fitting (Forward Fitting)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The garment is more fully constructed at this stage, allowing the client to see and feel how the final product will look. Final tweaks are identified and noted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Finishing & Handwork<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The garment is completed with fine handwork, such as hand-stitched buttonholes, lining attachment, and final pressing. Every detail is inspected for quality and durability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Final Fitting & Delivery<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
