We are aware that many of our clients prefer to view a machine in person before making a purchase. Most people find it impractical to take time off work in order to travel across the nation to examine a unit.

We do not offer field service.  You will need to have your own staff install the equipment or contract with local millwrights, control electricians, and consultants.  Depending on where you are located, we might be able to refer you to the right crew for your install.

While your equipment is on its way, your dedicated customer success representative will also be available to assist you with any inquiries or concerns.

If the machine is shipping from our main warehouse in Lake Zurich, IL loading is included.  Most pieces shipping from our warehouse are skidded at no additional charge. There might be a charge to skid oversized equipment.  If the equipment is being sold from a location other than our main warehouse, there might be rigging and loading costs.  This is especially true with large tonnage molding machines.

Yes, we provide a number of customization choices, such as branding, skylights, and colored cladding. Our extensive network of specialized subcontractors enables us to assist with Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Lighting, all of which contribute to the creation of a controlled and comfortable atmosphere for your industrial operations.
